Pediatric inpatient services include  Infants & Children's, special Adolescent and Young Adult Unit, and primary and  specialty services.  Our Children's Hospital Surgery Center offers play spaces that make a hospital stay a positive, non-threatening experience for children and families.

Thanks to the community's generous support through the  Children's Miracle Network, Baystate kids seem to play among the clouds on our rooftop  playdeck. Here, children can play with their families or our  Child Life Specialists, watch movies on the large screen television, create arts and crafts projects, and more.

We are grateful to our many volunteers from throughout the community who help make Baystate Children's Hospital a cheerful child-friendly environment. The Family Advocacy Center recently displayed quilts assembled by the Piece Makers from the Wilbraham United Church. Each square for these quilts was created by children who received services from the center.   See the quilts.
