Who we are: The Consumer Health Library is a small health resource and reading room witha collection of:

- pamphlets
- newsletters
- anatomical models
Who we serve: Members of the community served by Baystate Health (including patients and their families) can visit the library to:
- learn about the human body
- obtain consumer-oriented material on specific diseases and conditions
- obtain materials on staying healthy
Our Services: Beyond all the health information available on the Internet, the CHL will provide:
- consumers with reliable resources from trusted sources
- walk-in help
- over the phone assistance
- mailed information to area users free of charge

| SERVICES: |
| Baystate Medical Center developed the Patient Resource Center to provide patients, families and clinicians with health education resources. The center contains two computers that patients and family members may use to access patient educational resources and consultative services for health information, plus there are health pamphlets in English and Spanish. |
