Online Open Enrollment is now closed.
- Whether or not you enrolled this year, you will receive a written confirmation of your 2010 benefits mailed to your home address during the second week of December.
- You may make handwritten changes and return the paper confirmation to Human Resources by December 21.
- You may still log into PeopleSoft from this page to review your 2009 benefits.
- In December, once Human Resources has updated PeopleSoft with employee elections, you will be able to change the date in PeopleSoft and see your 2010 benefits online.
- Beginning January 1, 2010, your 2010 benefits will display by default, and you may change the date to any day in 2009 to review your 2009 elections.

- Log in to PeopleSoft
- Select Self Service
- Select Benefits
- Select Benefits Information and choose which benefits you want to view
- If you want to review benefits for another year, change the date on the Summary page and select GO.

Login to eWorkplace (existing account required) or check your enrollment packet for:
- Plan descriptions
- Rates
- Provider directories
- Information about other benefits not elected online, etc.

NOTE: According to Baystate Health policy, Baystate pays employees for time worked at home only if specified in the employee's job description or approved by a supervisor. Using these links to Baystate systems will not qualify for compensation without supervisor approval.
