Who we are:  The Consumer Health Library is a small health resource and reading room with a collection of:

• books
• pamphlets
• newsletters
• anatomical models

Who we serve:  Members of the community served by Baystate Health (including patients and their families) can visit the library to:

• learn about the human body
• obtain consumer-oriented material on specific diseases and conditions
• obtain materials on staying healthy

Our Services:  Beyond all the health information available on the Internet, the CHL will provide:

• consumers with reliable resources from trusted sources
• walk-in help
• over the phone assistance
• mailed information to area users free of charge

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
