Baystate Health Rehabilitation Care provides a full range of rehabilitation services to help patients regain function and achieve recovery.  Our team of rehabilitation professionals work with a patient's referring physician to develop an individualized care plan.

We provide care at all three Baystate hospitals in Greenfield, Springfield and Ware and at additional locations in Agawam, East Longmeadow, South Hadley, and 140 High Street in Springfield (dedicated to pediatric rehabilitation care).
