Behavioral Health Services for Adults and Children

The Behavioral Health Services of Baystate Health offers comprehensive mental health, substance abuse, behavioral medicine and employee assistance programs that are responsive to today's changing health care system. We are committed to the philosophy that the needs of the patient are best served by the thoughtful integration of specialized services delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Our network has been developed to provide service to patients in Franklin, Hampshire, Hampden, and western Worcester Counties. This system is supported by licensed clinicians year-round, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Services include:

• Inpatient Mental Health Unit Hospitalization (voluntary or involuntary)
• Partial Hospitalization Program (day program)
• Geriatric Evaluation and Treatment (specializing in Memory Disorders)
• Child Evaluation and Short-term Treatment Team
• Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Program (day program)
• Court Programs (Community Corrections, DUI Classes, Anger Management, Drug Court, Psycho-education).
  Drug & Alcohol programs

A major strength of our program is our specialty team focus in both inpatient and outpatient programs to address specific patient needs in a manner that quickly brings the greatest expertise to individual patient care.
