Patient feedback is critical to closing the loop on the evaluation of the quality of services provided to our patients. Feedback is solicited for both Homecare and Hospice through surveys in which discharged patients/caregivers are randomly chosen at routine time intervals.
Key drivers are questions specific to a type of facility or population. Overall satisfaction is evaluated, as well as key drivers of care which are derived from and are driven by patient/caregiver feedback. Feedback is trended quarterly in view of other quality benchmarks and outcomes.
