From Baystate Medical Center:

Take Route I-91 North to Exit 16 (Route 202 East/North) to South Hadley.
We are located one mile from the junction of Routes 202 and 33 on the right in the Raymond Center (before the Mobile Station).

From the Mass Pike:

Take Exit 5 (Chicopee) and bear to the right.
At the lights, take a left onto Route 33.
Keep going straight about 4-5 miles until you reach the junction of Routes 33 and 202.
Take a right on Route 202.
Continue about 1 mile past a small body of water on your right.
South Hadley Adult Medicine is on the right in the Raymond Center Building.
