About Our Practice:

Baystate Infectious Diseases specializes in treating adults with a wide variety of infectious diseases.  Our board certified specialists are a part of Baystate Health's team of physicians, many of whom are nationally recognized for their expertise in patient care, clinical research and medical education.  Our physicians are faculty members of the Tufts University School of Medicine Western Campus at Baystate Medical Center.

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
