About Our Practice:

Discovering that a child has a medical problem often causes the child, and its family, great stress and heartache.

 

In collaboration with pediatric medical specialists, Baystate Behavioral Health & Child Psychiatry and Baystate Children's Hospital offer comprehensive psychiatric and psychological services for children, adolescents, and their families facing acute and chronic medical conditions.  Our professionals are board certified, and many are on the faculty of the Tufts University School of Medicine.

 

We serve children with a wide variety of medical and psychiatric condition, including:

  -  Cardiac disorders

  -  Cancer

  -  Blood disorders

  -  Diabetes

  -  Obesity, and many more

 

 

 
Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

 

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
