Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
A physician is on-call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need surgical attention after hours or on weekends, our answering service will notify the physician on call who will call you as soon as possible.

Baystate Surgical Associates is a group practice of surgeons from Baystate Medical Center and the western campus of Tufts University School of Medicine. Our surgeons perform a full array of general and specialized surgical services. They are dedicated to providing personalized attention to support patients, their families, and their referring physicians.
Baystate Surgical Associates surgeons provide consultative services to clinicians throughout western New England. Baystate is recognized for its Program of Distinction in minimally invasive surgery and also for its weight loss surgery program.

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.
If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.
If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.
If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit. |
