About our Practice
Baystate High Street Health Center Adult Medicine is staffed by over 50 doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other health care professionals. Our goal is to provide our patients with the best available healthcare in a team environment using evidence-based medicine for treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, hypertension and cardiovascular disease. Each patient is assigned a primary care physician who is part of a team of both attending and resident physicians, nurses, medical assistants and skilled support/staff. If a patient needs a specialists care the primary care physician will make a referral often to a specialist at BHSHC. Our patients can always contact us after hours for urgent issues. |
