  • Comprehensive pediatric primary care for newborn, children and adolescents.
  • Counseling Services - A social worker and financial counselor are available during regular business hours Monday through Friday to help link patients and family members to resources and programs within the community.
  • Interpreter Services - Bilingual staff in Spanish and English.
   
About Our Practice:

Baystate High Street Health Center - Pediatrics is part of Baystate Health's board certified team of pediatricians, many of whom are nationally recognized for their expertise in patient care, clinical research, and medical education. Our physicians serve on the faculty of Tufts University School of Medicine.

 

 
Insurance

We participate in most insurance programs offered in our area.

 

If you're concerned or have a question about whether your insurance is accepted, call Patient Billing at 413-794-9999.

 

If you have any questions about whether your specific health plan covers our services, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance member ID card.

 

If you have commercial insurance coverage, primary or secondary, we will submit a claim to your insurance carrier. You are responsible for all balances due after your insurance company pays its portion, as well as for any co-payments required by your insurance company at the time of the visit.
