Baystate Brightwood Health Center/Centro de Salud is a full service health center, affiliated with Baystate Medical Center, staffed by physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse-midwives, and many other health care professionals.  We want to provide you with the best possible health care.  As a patient of the Brightwood Health Center/Centro de Salud, you have your own primary care provider (PCP) - a physician, a nurse practitioner, or nurse-midwife.  Each PCP is part of a team that includes a physician, nurse practitioner, nurse, medical assistant, and clerical staff who work together to provide the best health care possible.
