Star College Athlete Returns Home for Care - Dr Lellman gets him back in the game
A lifelong involvement in sports drew Dr. Lellman to specialize in orthopedics. Whether treating a simple fracture or performing the latest orthopedic surgical procedure, he derives enormous satisfaction in restoring function and returning patients to normal daily activity. He is an avid cyclist who has been involved in competitive road and cyclocross racing since 1993. He is associate physician for the US Ski Jumping Team, the team physician for the Northampton High School football team, and a board member of the Northampton Cycling Club.
Dr. Lellman specialized in orthopedics and orthopedic surgery and earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, NY. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Worcester, MA. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
