The Gifts of Gratitude program creates the opportunity for patients and family memebers to thank Baystate Health employees for the compassionate, thoughtful and professional care they receive when in need of services throughout Baystate Health.

Grateful patients are the cornerstone of our philanthropic program at the Baystate Health Foundation. Many futuristic initiatives, that advance the continuum of care at Baystate Health, are made possible through the generosity of patients who express their appreciation for a positive experience by making a gift in honor of Baystate Health employee who made a difference in their care.

The program invites patients to say thank you in a meaningful way and acknowledge and honor physicians, clinical care providers and/or any staff members who have done something special on their behalf.
