Emergency medicine PGY2 residents Sundeep Shukla and John Fialkovich, and Dr. Rakesh Talati, emergency medicine faculty member, placed second in the Emergency Medicine Physicians' Annual Video Contest.  Their video "ERmatch.com" features interviews with residents, attendings, and other ED staff explaining why they feel Baystate's emergency medicine residency program is the best in the nation.

According to Dr. Shukla, "We competed in a national competition against all EM residency programs. We ended up winning a total of $7,500." Of that, $5,000 goes to their residency program.

To win, their video had to receive at least 1,000 votes, and then be ranked in the top 3 in a juried judging process.
