Baystate Medical Center matched all five of its open PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency positions in the Pharmacy Residency Match that took place on March 21, 2012.
This year's Match had both the highest number of participating candidates and the most positions filled since the program's inception in 1979. Pharmacy residency are competitive—1,438 of this year's PGY-1 candidates did not match.
