The most important thing I've learned about myself as a nurse resident is that even though I'm a novice nurse, I have more knowledge than I think. It's imperative to believe in myself and trust my instincts because they are often correct. I'm constantly evolving and learning new skills, and I trust myself to advocate and care for my patients as I continue my journey as a nurse.
